Vendor Interview- Jill Bliss

Tell our readers a little bit about yourself and your work.
I've been a professional artist and designer for 11 years now, learning about and depicting native west coast flora & fauna and creating useful paper and fabric goods mainly made from reused, recycled, or otherwise eco-friendly materials.
What are some sources of inspiration for your work?
Natural forms and cultural colors!
What was the best thing you did with your summer?
I went on a camping/hiking tour of the oregon coast with a few friends for a week. one week was just not enough - i want to do that the entire summer next year!
Are you showcasing anything new at the winter UCU show?
I'll have a few new posters i've made on my own, and new stationery goods made with chronicle books in san francisco.
What are you most excited about for UCU?
Seeing my friends there - i missed all of you at the summer ucu thanks to last-minute unforeseen circumstances!
