Tell our readers a little bit about yourself and your work.
I’m a baker. I have always loved to eat, and express myself through food. I have a penchant for sweets, and so they are what I love to bake. I fell in love with the kooky, bright and diverse French Macarons when I went to baking school, and enjoy the diversity and challenge of making them.

What are some sources of inspiration for your work?
I’ve always loved seasonal, local produce (Washington State has an amazing bunch of farmers, and a wonderfully varied set of crops) when I see a good piece of fruit, or an interesting type of fruit at a Farmers Market I feel obliged to use it. Food genuinely excites me.

What is the best thing you did with your summer?
I worked all summer at three farmers markets learning the ropes, experimenting with flavors and meeting new people.

Are you showcasing anything new at the winter UCU show?
Yes! Some new and awesome flavors!

What are you most excited about for UCU?
Checking out the other vendors, being inspired by customers and the energy!

Learn more about Lilli-Pilli Patisserie on their website and be sure to come by the UCU winter show to taste some!
