B Thompson Studio
Bruce currently lives with his family in Tacoma Washington. All of the lamp components including the wheel-thrown ceramic forms, the lathe-turned walnut spindles, shade making and assembly are done solely by Bruce in his home studio. He has an MFA in Ceramics from Cranbrook Academy of Art and gained the majority of his lamp making experience while working for a ceramic design company in NYC. He currently teaches art courses at SPSCC in Olympia.
