Kim started Northwest Sparks in 2017 as an outlet for her combined love of being outdoors and creating beautiful spaces. As an environmental biologist, my passion is creating beautiful things that add life and joy to space, with the belief that products should be sustainable to both people and the environment. I create hand poured, small batch soy candles using soy wax and cotton wicks. These burn cleanly without off-gassing petroleum or heavy metals (why are these in normal candles!?!?!). I also offer high quality diffusers for folks who cannot have open flames. All my products are free of phthalates, dyes, lead and provide a long, clean, eco-friendly burn. I use minimal packaging whenever possible in my commitment to be environmentally friendly.
