When you arrive at the show, you’ll check in right inside the front doors (the main entrance is in the South Lot, shown below). Stay Fueled

We will also have not only a coffee cart (The Village Perk<\/a>) there at the hangar to keep you fueled all day long, but TWO of our favorite food trucks, Tabassum<\/a> and Tamale My Life<\/a>, are also going to be there in the South Lot between 11am-2pm on Monday if you’d like to purchase snacks or lunch. We know that the Hangar can otherwise be a bit of a food desert, so we are very excited to be able to offer you this option while you shop.<\/p>\n

Get your animal portrait done!

We are so excited to announce that Michelle from You As An Animal<\/a> will be setting up from 11-3 to paint portraits for any buyers interested. She will only be charging $25 for a single-person portrait, $30 for pairs<\/em> for a portrait that you will treasure for years to come. Another incentive to come out to the Handmade Gift Show this July!<\/p>\n

Artist and illustrator Michelle Lassaline paints portraits of people as any animal they choose. With watercolor and ink on paper, Michelle creates these personal, whimsical works of art in just a few minutes. This live art experience activates imagination and storytelling in people of all ages and backgrounds. \u201cYou As An Animal\u201d regularly pops up at local cafes and shops, most recently at Alexandra’s Macarons & Cafe, Fruitsuper, the Seattle Spheres Understory, and OHSUN in Seattle; Snapdragon Cafe on Vashon Island; and House of the Faun in Port Townsend. Michelle started \u201cYou As An Animal\u201d in 2014, and has performed at numerous celebrations, weddings, markets, and gatherings of all kinds.
