Facebook Event

First things first: Here is the Facebook event for this show. Be sure to RSVP, and share it widely with your business and personal networks on all your social media channels! We’ll be boosting the event as the show gets closer, but the more people we have ‘interested’ and ‘going’ before that happens, the bigger the crowds!

Load-In

Load-in will happen early on Saturday morning. Exact details will be provided to you the week before the show.

​​Give yourself time for parking and consider having employees carpool. Parking is difficult for large vehicles. Go to https://www.discoverslu.com/map/, click transportation, and then click parking for a list of lots and garages in the area. We wish we could provide free parking, but due to every parking lot being under construction, we simply do not have that luxury.

Booth Details

  • All booths are 10′ x 10′ size
  • You will be providing your own tent and weights (jugs of water work well if you don’t already have tent weights). Please note that weights are now mandatory for all our outdoor shows.
  • There will be on-site security overnight, so no need to tear-down on Saturday (just be sure to take any major valuables with you)
  • We also recommend bringing battery-powered lights for nightfall. You can find very inexpensive options at Ikea, Amazon, or most hardware stores
Your booth is a 10′ x 10′ raw space, so you’ll want to bring your own tent, tables, chairs, etc. You’ll also want to bring tent weights in case it gets windy! These can be as simple as gallon water jugs tied to your tent legs, in a pinch.
