La Comelona is a small-batch, all-natural sauce company based in Portland. Using fresh ingredients and traditional chiles from Mexico, La Comelona makes sauces with an alchemy-like process — by roasting dry chiles and bringing out a smokey flavor that layers nicely with fresh onions and garlic.
