Be sure to join the Facebook event, and share it widely with your business and personal networks on all your social media channels! We’ll be boosting the event as the show gets closer, but the more people we have ‘interested’ and ‘going’ before that happens, the bigger the crowds!
General Information:
- Date: Friday, December 19 – Sunday, December 21
- Vending Time: 12pm-6pm Friday & Saturday; 12pm-5pm Sunday
- Load-In: Thursday, December 18 (9am-5pm) / Friday, December 19 (7am-11am)
- Load-Out: December 21 | 5pm-7pm
- Booth Fee: $300 (5’x8′); $400 (8’x8′); $800 (8’x16′)
- Application Deadline: September 14
- Food Vendors: No food trucks at this show, sorry! If you are a prepared food vendor, please email us to see if you’d be an appropriate fit before applying.
- Electricity is available for an additional fee.
- This is an INDOOR show.
Load-In
You’ll have the option to load in and set up your booth on both Thursday, December 18th and Friday, December 19th. You will be able to request your load-in time in an upcoming vendor email. If you do not let us know your preferences, you will be randomly assigned to a time slot. We’ll have more info on load-in procedures coming soon!
