The families in attendance were my favorite part of the show, as with all family-friendly craft shows! I love engaging with and entertaining infants and small children while their parents browse. It’s super fun to ask kids about their favorite ways to make art and encourage them to keep making. It’s also inspiring to see parents who are genuinely engaged with their kids, having conversations about what they see and guiding them in behaving respectfully towards art objects and other people.
