This winter marks Urban Craft Uprising’s 21st Annual Winter Show!
Urban Craft Uprising is Seattle’s favorite craft show, established in 2005. At UCU, fans can choose from a wide variety of hand-crafted goods, including clothing of all types, jewelry, gifts, bags, wallets, buttons, accessories, aprons, children’s goods, toys, housewares, furniture, paper goods, candles, kits, geekery, art, food, and much, much more.
Each show is carefully curated and juried to ensure the best mix of crafts and arts, along with quality and originality. This bi-annual show features over 150 vendors excelling in the world of craft, art and design. Over the course of its 2+ decades, UCU has garnered such a following attention that nearly 15,000 fans swarm to the show over the course of the weekend.
Hundreds of fans are lined up before our doors open to receive our famous swag bags full of goodies from our vendors and lovely sponsors. This show is free and fun for the whole family! We look forward to seeing you!
PARKING
For quick and easy access to Exhibition Hall, the Mercer Street Garage is located just steps away. Guests can also enjoy convenient on-campus parking at the 5th Ave N Garage, close to many Seattle Center attractions.
We also encourage visitors to explore a variety of transportation options—including the Monorail, transit, rideshare, and biking—to make your trip even smoother.

Another great option is to take advantage of this site or this app to find the most reasonable option you can when you arrive, to carpool and split the cost with friends, or to ditch the car altogether if you’re able! There are also some great and cheap (and even free!) parking options in South Lake Union on the weekends, which is really not too far of a walk from the Seattle Center.
We are so excited to announce that we will be having even MORE food options for you at this year’s Winter Show! With over 150 vendors, this is our biggest show of the year, and we know that it can take TIME to make the rounds and visit all the booths you want to see. So you’ve gotta be well fed, right?!
In addition to the concessions stand inside the Ex Hall, which is managed by Ceres Roasting and will be open all weekend long, we’ll also have some awesome food trucks set up for you to enjoy all weekend long in the Founders’ Court (just before you enter the Ex Hall, take a sharp right and head up the stairs). Here you’ll find Gyopo Chicken Sandwich, galileos mobile pizzeria, Kathmandu MomoCha, Kottu, Seattle Samosa LLC, Lamoon Thai Tea, and Dreamy Drinks to keep you happily fed and caffeinated all weekend long!
So grab an early dinner on your way in to Preview Night, have some lunch before you head in on Saturday or Sunday, or take a break to grab a quick bite to refuel during a long day of shopping. The steps leading down to the Ex Hall are always a great place to have a seat and enjoy some food, and there is also seating inside near the concessions stand as well.
