First Things First

Be sure to join the Facebook event, and share it widely with your business and personal networks on all your social media channels! We’ll be boosting the event as the show gets closer, but the more people we have ‘interested’ and ‘going’ before that happens, the bigger the crowds!

TABLES & ELECTRICITY

Here is the list of which vendors have requested tables and/or electricity at their booth for the show. Please look it over and let us know if anything looks amiss!

We do not cancel shows for any weather-related events; all shows take place rain or shine. Unfortunately we have no control over the weather, nor could we recoup the costs of a show if we were to cancel it as close to showtime as a weather-related incident would dictate. This also applies to impacts from wildfires. Based on the past few years’ wildfire seasons on the West Coast, it is possible that we could encounter smoke in the air or hazardous air quality at some of our spring or summer shows. Please keep this in mind when applying for these shows.

LOCAL RECOMMENDATIONS

If you are coming to Seaside the day before the show and looking for some fun things to do after you set up, we’ve made this short little guide of things to check out in the area!

  • Sisu Brewing Co. is fun!
  • While we haven’t been to Nonni’s Italian Bistro it has excellent reviews!
  • Same goes for CHēZ
  • The Arcade in town is super fun for the whole family!
  • Cannon Beach is another great spot, only 15 minutes south, should the traffic work out for you! We love Cannon Beach and always have a fun time walking around town and hanging out at the beach. While the restaurants can get expensive, you can always bring a bottle of wine and some yummy snacks to the beach to make your time there much cheaper!
  • If you would prefer to not potentially get sand in your food, Public Coast Brewing Co is good for the whole family.
  • Pelican Brewing is also a good spot for kids and adults alike!
  • If you want to venture north to Astoria there are TONS of great eating spots and fun stores in that area! We love Astoria and you could definitely make a day of it there!
