I’m Lori Fife of Schuller’s Kitchen & Shortbread. I am a one woman show that is involved at every step of production. I operate an online small batch bakery and my shortbread cookies are a major part of it.
What inspires your work?
Using a small number of ingredients to make a delicious product. Testing out flavor combinations. Working with a traditional recipe that is over 100 yrs old and still putting smiles on people’s faces.
There are so many snacks to choose from and I wanted mine to have a twist. The flavor combinations are deliciously unique and most importantly the sustainability of the packaging isn’t something you see in the snack aisle.

Are you releasing any new items at these shows this season?
Possibly a holiday flavor for shortbread. You may see cupcakes at my booth also.
I love meeting new people and sharing my products with them.
