I think I get the most inspired when other people enjoy my candles, this really gets me excited to keep creating new scents or products.
What are you most proud of accomplishing within your small business?
Sticking with it! It’s easy to give up during the low moments, but what you start to realize is right around that next corner is your next win.
Part of the reason I run my little business is so that I have some freedom in my work to volunteer with a non-profit called Inner Ocean Empowerment Project which helps to bring healthcare, education and empowerment to rural indigenous communities in Nepal. I also love my rescue dogs and partner with Save-A-Mutt where I got my dogs to help fund their organization.
I have just launched a new larger 12oz candle size and have exciting new scents currently in the works for the summer months.
I really love the freedom running my own creative business gives me to travel internationally, surround myself with like-minded creative people, and help to support other small businesses. I hope my products and business help to inspire other free-spirits to explore their passions.
