Greetings! Suzanne here, designer and master upcycler from The Goat’s Coat @thegoatscoat. You can find one-off gems of wearable art including hats, bags, earrings, and clothing created from discarded, thrifted, or donated textiles otherwise bound for the waste stream. Sustainable fashion never looked or felt so good.
My work is inspired by everything I see in the world around me combined with the reclaimed materials I have in front of me. My designs are constantly evolving as I navigate this wild life, and are a direct reflection of my inner world. My work is both my livelihood and my greatest passion, my outlet to stay sane and my expression of self.
As a textile artist I am proud to offer my customers wearable art for personal expression as well as sustainable fashion as an alternative to the deeply flawed fast fashion industry.
