Diaspora @diasporaseattle, founded in 2023, offers yaupon espresso and matcha beverages at our Georgetown cafe and markets across the Seattle area.
We are inspired by the craft of making delicious yaupon beverages in a way that benefits the indigenous producers of our supply and the wellbeing of our customers and friends. In doing so, we strive to continue and further the legacy of those that enjoyed yaupon for thousands of years before us.

We donate hundreds of hot meals every month to the UIATF Labateyah Youth Center in Ballard and the Georgetown St Vincent De Paul food kitchen.
