I loved that different shopping experiences were available depending on your tastes. It was great that the Zoom option was available if you wanted to live chat the vendor booths, but I personally preferred the direct links to purchase online since I was often shopping after hours. I did; however, join the Zoom option for one of the scheduled events (a Friends trivia!) which was fun.
