Ronnie’s Giardiniera (jar-din-air-uh) @ronniesgiardiniera is a Seattle meets Chicago style condiment with a kick. It’s made of fresh cut, never frozen, non-GMO peppers, vegetables and spices in extra virgin olive oil. It’s used as a condiment for sandwiches, eggs, burgers, pizza, hummus, etc. You can also use the leftover oil for sautéing or dipping bread.
What inspires your work?
Bringing a new condiment to the people who don’t know what giardiniera is.
What are you most proud of accomplishing within your small business?
Insane growth within year one – I had no idea it would blow up like this. It’s humbling to say the least.
